Privacy Policy

We collect very little. This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no tracking ads. When you contact us, we keep what you send so we can reply and do the work. We don't sell your information to anyone.

When you reach out — by email or phone — we receive whatever you choose to share: your name, contact details, business name, and details about your project.

When you become a client — we hold the information needed to build and run your project: content for your site, logins for services set up in your name, billing details, and any data your software processes on your behalf.

When you visit this site— our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A small browser-session flag remembers that you've already seen the intro animation; it clears when you close the tab. Videos and images on this site are hosted by us — there are no third-party embeds or social widgets tracking you here.

We won't add you to a mailing list or send marketing you didn't ask for.

If we build or run software for your business (like FaasenDrive), it may store your customers' details — bookings, names, contact info. That data is yours. We process it only to run the software for you, keep it secure, and don't use it for anything else. Your own privacy obligations to your customers still apply.

Only the services needed to do the job — hosting, domains, email, payment processing, and similar tools — each under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

Enquiries we don't end up working on are deleted within a reasonable time. Client information is kept for as long as we work together and for a period afterwards for records, tax and support, then deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we'll do so unless we need to keep something for legal or billing reasons). Email faasenautomation@gmail.com and we'll sort it.

We use reputable providers, keep access limited, and use industry-standard protections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care with anything you trust us with.
